FAQ

• Can I add items to a package? Yes, when adding other items to any package Grocery Run will only charge store shelf prices and no other fees unless it requires additional stops such as fresh local sea food.
• What if I do not want all or any items from a category? You may trade items from different categories or substitute items not in the package. If there is a price variance Grocery Run will make reasonable adjustments
• Can I request brands names? Yes. Should there be a price variance Grocery Run will make reasonable adjustment.
• Restocking:  Grocery run will shop & deliver groceries to our customers who have ordered from a package during the same week.  the fee is only $15.00 to shop & deliver
• Can I make my own list? Yes Grocery Run will shop your list and the fee is 15% to shop and to deliver.
• Can the groceries be placed in our vacation address before our arrival? Yes we work with the resort companies so we can have limited access to the vacation home before your arrival and all perishables are put in refrigeration.
• What is the delivery area? The delivery area for Grocery Run is to all of Hilton Head and Daufuskie Island. When delivering to Daufuskie Island there may be other cost for delivery due to the expense of the boat fare and the time involved.
• Do I have to order on line? No, Grocery Run will gladly take your order via phone, fax or email
• Does Grocery Run offer Chef Services?  Yes
